The idea was to provide a unique Irish experience incorporating the warmth of an Irish pub with New American cuisine and all the while maintaining the same charm and hospitality. The idea became a reality twelve years ago when the trio opened Tír na nÓg Irish Bar and Grill in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Then seven years ago came the sibling Tír na nÓg in Philly, centered around much of the same characteristics as New York but here in Philly. Tír na nÓg, ranked by Zagat as the 4th greatest Irish Pub in the country, is located in the Phoenix Building at 16th and Arch, right next to Suburban Street Station. Tír na nÓg , winner of "The Best Guinness Pint" and voted "Best After Work Bar" by City Search, offers fantastic service with a bit of Irish Heritage. Philly Style rated Tír na nÓg as the "Best Happy Hour" and "Best Bartenders" in Philadelphia. So come join us for a few pints or drinks and enjoy some great "craic" with our bartenders or dine in our cozy cottage or stage area with the warmth of our fireplace. We have a formal dining area as well for a quit elegant dining experience and when the weather is right you may join us in our outside seating area.
