About Restaurant

The legendary Palace Restaurant and Saloon reopened under new ownership in September of 2011. The welcoming decor, where traditional Victorian style merges with the Spanish Colonial aesthetic of New Mexico in the wild west of the 1850s, has been restored with a nod to modern, minimal sensibilities. The bar, with its red, flocked velvet wallpaper recalls the era of La Dona Tulles. The food is modern Italian. The dinner and Cicchette (Italian Tapas) menus are served until 9:00pm. The bar menu is available until 1:00am.
