Pupusas are a traditional Salvadorian dish made with a hearty corn tortilla stuffed with cheese, beans and pork. They are chewy, hot, flavorful and delicious. Try them with salsa or just as they are. Our chimichangas and burritos are also favorites. We stuff our burritos with meat, rice, cheese, salsa, cream and guac – they are truly engineering masterpieces. Our chimichangas have that wonderful crispy shell wrapped around beef or chicken and all the toppings.
