New York is an exciting place to be for an artisanal food start up - we chronicle our adventures as our company is growing and settling into a very on niche. We have started as a tiny bakeshop in East village specializing on soft pretzels, and in 4 years became a veteran of pop-up market, spent 2 wonderful years vending on the steps of the Metropolitan Museum, build a network of great bar/beergarden/restaurant clients who proudly put our pretzels on their menus. In 2013 we are excited to bring under one roof a pretzel bakery, beer bar and restaurant in our original East Village location on 29 ave B. Summer menu highlight: Sliders on Pretzel Buns, Ruben with House-made Cornbeef and Kraut, Chilled Soups and of Course and European and American Craft beers on Tap! We are staying true to our eastern-european roots - expect Pickled Herring Salad Sandwich, Chicken Liver Mouse and a perfect pickle plate!
