When we opened the first Rosa Mexicano in 1984, New York Magazine applauded us for introducing New Yorkers to a “hitherto unfamiliar, elevated version of Mexican cuisine.” Today, we continue to redefine expectations nationwide with our authentic Mexican cooking, stylish spaces and festive atmosphere. While the original Midtown location continues to serve our signature menu amidst rustic, handcrafted furnishings, our new generation of restaurants is defined by stunning modern interiors. Many of the new Rosa Mexicano locations feature dramatic architectural details such as cascading water walls against a vibrant palette of purples, pinks, reds and oranges.
