About Restaurant

Nani’s Ristorante & Bar really took a village to create. Carol Mortillaro Parker realized a dream and opened Nani’s in 1990 in an old garage previously converted to a laundry facility. Many people had influence on their decision to open a restaurant, and on the type of food and atmosphere Nani’s displays today. Nani’s has evolved over the years from a small 22-seat, 6 burner-stove quaint & cozy restaurant to the new generation’s modern take on Old World Italian cuisine. Carol and her daughter, Executive Chef, Camille Parker Thomas have been energized by working with the creative Erin Neary as General Manager. The culinary team is lead by the talented Daniel Luna, Head Chef. In the background is Carol’s son, Dr. Buck Parker, working with website design & internet presence. Carol’s husband and chief taster, Al, their son, Joey, and his family join us in inviting you to experience the expression of love we each have for the cuisine and culture of Italy.
