About Restaurant

Our foods are prepared and smoked on premise under the strict supervision of owner William Hurtado and family, who have over two decades of smokin’ experience. We invite you to try our smoked fish…including a variety of Norwegian, Scotch and Nova Salmon, trout, whitefish, sable, sturgeon, tuna, chubbs and mackerel. We also carry a lage range of imported cheeses, caviar, olives, breads and other delicacies.
