About Restaurant

Max's Red Hots has been owned and operated by Deb Jensen since 2005. Deb was inspired by her father to acquire the business, which has been in operation since 1997. The restaurant employed not only Deb's father (who retired in 2008 at the ripe old age of 81), but also Deb's daughter, twin sister, and several other employees who have become like family to us. As Deb has expanded her business, Max's has been managed for the last two years by her daughter. Here at Max's, we proudly serve only the finest Vienna Beef products to give every bite that authentic old Chicago flavor. Every item on our extensive menu is bursting with deliciousness and will keep you coming back for more. We strive to provide the highest quality food at an affordable price with an emphasis on customer service.
