Here at The Maine Course we do not offer a “fixed” menu for that we are constantly seeking for the best produce, fish and meats available on the market. Whether it’s locally grown or from Tasmania, there is no place we won’t seek to find the best ingredients. While dining here we focus on fresh, unique and tantalizing flavor combinations. To achieve this we use old world and modern techniques to hopefully give you a true dining experience. Our commitment to fresh food and flavors are transcended into the dining room with limited art and décor to create a minimalist space. With this we hope our patron focus on the maximalist of the entire experience with well crafted and designed dishes. Not to be limited just by the food we offer many hand crafted cocktails, a great selection of spirits and a wine list that should accommodate most pallets. We strive to provide a great value to our customers throughout their visit each and every time they chose us for their dining location.
