Hinzes BBQ and Catering specializes in pecan smoked meats, homemade desserts, and a delicious array of home style sides along with freshly baked homemade bread. We cater parties, weddings, reunions, and other events. Our famous brisket is smoked a minimum of 16 straight hours on our pits for that just right taste. Along with our numerous types of smoked meats and homemade BBQ sauce we offer hand battered chicken fried steak and chicken.
