Founded in November 2009 by Mike Cheesman, his wife April, and their son Matt Rixner, the Fox Pub became known for their great food, great live music, and great beer selection. Now owned by Matt and his wife Cortney, The Fox continues to bring you great food, great beer, live music, trivia, and many other great events. Food: The Fox serves up both English and American favorites. Some of The Fox's signature items include Fish n' Chips, Bangers and Mash, Cottage Pie and we are home to the famous Beefeater Brisket Sandwich. Beer: Co-Owner, Matt, prides himself on bringing in some of the best beers in the world.
