Our butchers are knowledgeable and skilled, and will cut your steak or grind your beef on-site. Heritage pork, free-range cage-free birds, organic US lamb, pen-free veal, and the full range of USDA Prime and organic beef are fixtures in our meat case. We also serve prepared foods and sandwiches at our full-service deli. Our cold cut selection includes such homemade items as top round roast beef, fresh organic turkey breast, smoked ham, virginia ham, and corned beef. Our boneless chicken breast, bake "fried" chicken, pot roast, meatloaf, and mac and cheese are always crowd pleasers. Hot and cold sandwiches, fine cheeses and various salads and prepared gourmet dishes are always available!
