About Restaurant

Cedar's Mediterranean Grill was formed in February 2008, from the merger of two popular local restaurants, on the principles of making quality food that continues to appeal to our customers as it has in the past through our Best of Bastrop County awards, and reducing our overhead so that we can keep our prices reasonable, despite surging food costs. This combined location has allowed us to operate with two strong co-owners who are the chefs and managers, enabling them to give more time toward improving our customer service through staff training, and implementing needed changes quickly for good customer service.
