Cafe Riviera was born. Opened in the Neshaminy Mall in Bensalem, Ernesto designed the Cafeteria-style environment with both Italy and family in mind. The stunning interior reveals Italian home recipes, towns and cities of Italy, and old family photos on the walls. Its talented and friendly staff truly creates an intimate setting, as most have remained employed with "the Riv" to this day. The extensive selection of entrees are made fresh daily, and chefs behind the line personally prepare customers' orders to their liking right beforetheir eyes. The pizza counter at the front offers slices of fresh hot pizza, carefully crafted by Ernesto himself, while the line offers everything from delicious salads, Panini, Philly Cheesesteaks, and a variety of meat, pasta, veggie dishes, all largely-portioned as stellar prices.
