Chef / owner Tatsu Arai first opened a French pastry and luncheon shop in 1980. Customers soon hungered for more and the menu and hours were expanded to include dinner. French classics such as Beef Bourguignon, Saumon Poche/Meuniere, Escalope de Veau au Citron and a delicious Pureed Carrot Soup grace the menu. The house salad dressing and teriyaki sauce are such customer favorites that for years they have been available to take home from the restaurant. Tatsu’s is the perfect place to celebrate an anniversary or special occasion and a recently opened private dining area can accommodate larger gatherings and banquets. The quality of the cuisine, affordability and attentive service has created a loyal following of patrons who dine regularly at Tatsu’s.
