Our executive chef, Hernán Borda, is known for his deliciously steamed mussels, shrimp and grits along with his savory tapas, small plates and pizzas. Born and raised in Argentina, Hernán developed a passion and appreciation for wholesome cooking at an early age from his mother. His South American upbringing illuminated the importance of a relationship between culture and food that he exhibits each night. After cooking in both Argentina and Spain, Hernan is known in East Nashville for creating his own recipes and developing his own distinct cooking flair through his cooking career.
