Moises Gallardo is the chef/owner of the restaurant. He's decorated the small eatery with art and pottery from Puebla, Mexico, the town from which he hails originally. An all-weather "outdoor" dining area has cafe seating under a plexi-glass roof. Yes, this restaurant is small with seating for about 20 patrons. But the limited space in the kitchen works to the customers advantage: Most items on the extensive menu are made from scratch, including all sauces, salsa, guacamole and chips.
